1General Terms

Btdk1 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between btdk1 and its members. All services on the btdk1 platform — including casino games, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and more — are governed by these terms.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on btdk1, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms may be updated from time to time — any changes will be announced on the platform.

• Btdk1 reserves the right to modify its terms of service at any time.
• In all disputes, btdk1's decision shall be considered final.
• These terms apply in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register at btdk1. Providing accurate personal information is mandatory — opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited.

• Each individual may only register one account.
• The name, address, and identification details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• Btdk1 reserves the right to reject any application or close any account without providing a reason.

3Account Security

The security of your btdk1 account is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact btdk1 support immediately.

Btdk1 will never ask for your password via email or message. Any request for your password in btdk1's name is a scam.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Btdk1 supports mobile banking and bank transfer for deposits. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Btdk1 may request additional information at any time to verify the source of a deposit.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited — deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same method.

5Bonus Policy

Btdk1 offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR) that must be met before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting sections.
• Each bonus has its own expiry date — bonuses that are not used within the specified period will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household or address.
• Btdk1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

6Betting Rules

All betting at btdk1 is conducted fairly. From cricket and football to Live Casino — specific rules apply to every game and betting market.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — except where the cash out feature is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, btdk1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits per event are set in place and may vary depending on the market and event.
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets on the same event is prohibited.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the btdk1 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or transferring account ownership.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Using hacking tools, malware, or automation software on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward btdk1 staff.

8Responsible Gaming

Btdk1 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all btdk1 members.

• Set deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Session Timeout — automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-off period — temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — option to permanently close your account.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Btdk1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

10Changes to Terms & Enforceability

Btdk1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of btdk1's licensing authority. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration. To submit a claim against btdk1, please contact the support team.
